Job description

Continental Properties is seeking a motivated and dedicated Service Technician to join our team at the Springs at St. Charles residential community in St. Charles, IL.

You will deliver exceptional customer service and personal attention to residents, addressing their service needs and assisting in maintaining facility operations. You will report to the Service Supervisor.

Position Details

• Full-Time
• Pay: $18-$23/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare apartments for rent by performing repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, building exteriors, painting, and appliances
• Support the Service Supervisor directly

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in manual labor or related fields
• Ability to work overtime, on-call, including some weekends and holidays
• Physical ability to perform repairs, including using hand tools, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
• Proficiency with technology such as computers, tablets, and phones
