About Crescent Facility Services

Crescent Facility Services provides responsive facility maintenance and light constructionservices to national restaurant and retail brands across the Southeast. As we expand ourfield team, we are looking for a dependable, skilled Service Technician based in Orlando, FL to help support clients within a 90-minute radius of the metro area.

This is a field-based position involving travel between job sites, and includes a fullyequipped company vehicle and tools to perform day-to-day repair and maintenance tasks.

What You’ll Do

• Perform a variety of break/fix and light maintenance tasks for restaurant and retaillocations

• Typical work includes:

- Light fixture/bulb replacement

- Interior & Exterior carpentry repairs

- Floor and tile repairs & replacement

- Minor drywall and paint touch-ups

- Minor roof leak patching (non-structural)

• Respond to daily and scheduled work orders using a mobile work order system

• Upload photos, document completed work, and communicate job status to internal team

• Deliver professional service while interacting with restaurant managers and facilityreps

Coverage Area

• Must reside in or near Orlando, FL

• Expected to service locations within up to 90 minutes driving distance

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in general maintenance, facility repair, or similar trades (e.g.,carpentry, doors, light electrical, tile, etc.)

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to diagnose problems and complete repairs independently

• Comfortable using mobile apps to receive, track, and close work orders

• Strong communication and professionalism with clients on-site

Additional Qualifications (Not Required but Preferred)

• Experience servicing restaurants or retail chains

• Familiarity with work order systems (ServiceChannel, Fexa, Ecotrak, Corrigo, etc.)

• Basic knowledge of OSHA/safety compliance in a field setting
