Morgan Properties is hiring a Service Technician for our 186-unit community in Nashville. You will handle daily maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances and respond to service tickets to keep the property in top shape.

We offer base pay of $21.00–$24.00/hour plus benefits including rent discount, stipends, on-call pay, and a 401(k) match. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, on-site.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• 1+ year of related maintenance experience or equivalent training/education.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification is a plus.

What You'll Do

What You Need

• 1+ year of related maintenance experience (or equivalent training/education)
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification a plus

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM, with paid rotating on-call.
