#1 Cochran Mazda Monroeville is seeking experienced flat-rate automotive technicians. Eligible for a $20,000 sign-on bonus, with opportunities for professional growth in a leading tri-state automotive retailer.

Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, and testing a wide range of vehicle systems, while collaborating with service advisors to communicate needs and timelines. We offer strong benefits, pay, and a commitment to employee development as part of a recognized top workplace.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications are ideal
• PA State inspection and emissions licenses are a huge plus
• Strong automotive background with experience working flat-rate
• Strong teamwork skills
• Candidate should have tools necessary for the duties of the position

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
• Test-drive vehicles and components using diagnostic tools and service equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and AC
• Communicate with the Service Advisor regarding additional services and time estimates

Responsibilities

• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs

Qualifications

• We hire professionals with previous automotive service experience, but we LOVE to train and develop new technicians
