Job summary

A leading automotive retailer in Pittsburgh is seeking experienced automotive technicians to join their team. The role involves performing repair work efficiently while interacting with customers and ensuring quality service. Ideal candidates should have automotive service experience and teamwork skills, and while ASE certifications are preferred, training will be provided. Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs

Qualifications

• We hire professionals with previous automotive service experience, but we LOVE to train and develop new technicians
• ASE certifications are ideal
• PA state inspection and emissions licenses a huge plus
• Strong automotive background with experience working flat-rate
• Strong teamwork skills
• Candidate should have tools necessary for the duties of the position
