5 Seasons Mechanical, a Thermal Concepts company, is seeking an experienced commercial HVAC service technician. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment including RTUs and split systems, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to service calls with strong customer service. Reading blueprints and documenting work precisely are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; HVAC certification preferred.
• 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with rooftop units and commercial systems.
• EPA Certification required (Universal preferred).
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsabilités

What you’ll do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment, including rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, and related equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and system performance checks.
• Respond to service calls promptly while delivering excellent customer service.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Explain repair findings and recommend solutions to customers.
• Complete service reports, work orders, and required documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

Position Requirements

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or GED required, technical certification in HVAC or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience working with rooftop units and commercial systems
• EPA Certification required (Universal preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls
