Morgan Properties is hiring a Service Technician at Lakeshore Reserve off 86th in Indianapolis. This 120-unit community values hands-on maintenance, ownership of work, and reliable problem-solving. You will fix issues and contribute to a well-kept, welcoming living environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Multifamily experience is a plus.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair experience.
• EPA certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work service requests and preventative maintenance so small issues never become big ones.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Handle apartment turns — painting, drywall, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Keep the community clean, safe, and looking like somewhere people want to live.
• Take your turn in the on-call rotation.
