Job summary

TriBridge Residential is seeking a skilled Maintenance Service Technician for the Luca St. Augustine property, located in St. Augustine, FL.

The role requires multi-family maintenance experience and HVAC certification, with the ability to read and write English. This on-site, full-time role reports to the Maintenance Manager and supports safety, upkeep, and operations across plumbing, electrical, appliances, and fireplaces.

Qualifications

• Must have multi-family experience.
• A minimum of 2-year work experience in the service maintenance field.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and write English.
• HVAC certification is required.
• The ability to display balance/equilibrium at heights above 5 feet and lift 50 pounds is essential.
• Must own required tools.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Working knowledge of general property operations, safety, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and fireplaces essential.
• Plumbing and Electrical a minimum of 2-year experience with troubleshooting/repairing.
• Appliance Repair a minimum of 2-year experience with troubleshooting/repairing.

Responsibilities

• Assume emergency on-call duties.
• Report any needed repairs or unsafe conditions to the Maintenance Manager.
• Inspect move-outs daily and update move-in dates daily.
• Attend all instructional classes conducted by the Maintenance Manager.
