• Highly organized and comfortable with Apple products.
• Ability to install a window or door from start to finish, including trim work.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License.

• Understand the correct installation process and proper functioning of windows and doors for evaluation.
• Resolve service calls accurately and efficiently.
• Travel to customers' homes to assess and repair our products.
• Fill out appropriate warranty paperwork and submit it in a timely manner.
