Job summary

Esler Companies | Renewal by Andersen is seeking a full-time Service Technician to visit customers' homes, assess issues with windows and doors, and perform repairs and maintenance using carpentry and trades skills. You will diagnose installations, document service work, and communicate findings clearly to homeowners while keeping a professional, respectful experience.

A valid U.S. driver's license and comfort with Apple devices are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in carpentry, remodeling, residential construction, window or door installation, or a related skilled trade.
• Ability to install a window or door from start to finish, including trim work.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay organized and complete service documentation accurately.
• Comfort using Apple devices and mobile applications.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.

Responsibilities

As a Service Technician for Esler Companies | Renewal by Andersen, you'll visit customers' homes to assess, troubleshoot, repair, and perform maintenance on windows and doors. We're urgently hiring experienced professionals with backgrounds in finish carpentry, remodeling, residential construction, window installation, or related skilled trades. You'll combine technical craftsmanship with clear, respectful customer communication.
