Rivera Resources LLC is recruiting an experienced Lead Service Technician for its Long Beach, NY location. The role emphasizes leadership in service operations, diagnosing HVAC issues, and delivering excellent customer service to residential and light commercial clients.

This position offers responsibilities to manage service calls end-to-end, coordinate with Dispatch, and help grow the service department while maintaining high workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment issues, leaks, and other service-related problems.
• Identify root causes and implement effective solutions to minimize repeat service calls.
• Manage service calls from initial diagnosis through completion.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding appointments, repairs, service concerns, and next steps.
• Serve as a key point of contact between Dispatch and Management to support efficient service operations.
• Maintain accurate service records, including work performed, materials used, and required follow-up.
• Manage parts and service inventory, including coordinating orders and sourcing with Dispatch.
• Maintain an organized service garage, company vehicle, tools, and equipment.

Rivera Resources is recruiting an experienced Lead Service Technician on behalf of a growing company located in Long Beach, NY.

We are looking for a motivated HVAC professional with strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, experience servicing residential and light commercial systems, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

This position offers the opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities, manage service operations independently, and play an important role in the continued growth of the service department.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment issues, leaks, and other service-related problems.
• Identify root causes and implement effective solutions to minimize repeat service calls.
• Manage service calls from initial diagnosis through completion.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $40–$50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with overtime as needed.
• Bonus: $5,000 upon successful completion of one year of employment.
• Location: Long Beach, NY | On-Site
