Royal Comfort is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Service Technician in Port Chester, NY to diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial systems. You will handle complex calls, provide expert solutions, and mentor junior technicians while upholding safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC service experience.
• Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to train, coach, and guide other technicians.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and repair procedures.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• EPA Certification
• NATE certification is a plus
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.

We're looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Service Technician who can handle complex service calls, troubleshoot challenging issues, and help train and mentor other technicians.
