Morgan Properties in Cincinnati, OH is hiring a Service Technician to maintain apartment community standards and compliance. You will troubleshoot HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing, and respond to service tickets promptly while keeping residents informed.

The role requires a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle, with on-call rotation and routine Monday–Friday shifts. Eligible benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and PTO with holidays.

We are seeking aService Technicianwith a "Whatever It Takes" approach to join our team! In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the physical aspects of thisapartment communitymeet both company standards and applicable laws.

As theService Technician, you will help to:

• Be responsible fortrouble-shooting service issues including, but not limited to, HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas in accordance with company standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws
• Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance service tickets
• Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and office staffregardingrepairs and updates

Compensation & Incentives

• Base Pay: $23.00 – $26.00
• Up to 50% Rent Discount
• Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions
• Morgan Essentials: $300 quarterly
• On-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phone

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday

What We’ll Expect From You:

• Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle
• HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred
• One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
