Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking Maintenance Technicians for a 339-unit community. You will troubleshoot HVAC, general appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing, and maintain interior and exterior spaces while delivering excellent resident service.

The role offers $22.00 per hour, up to 50% rent discount, commissions on renewals, quarterly rewards, daily on-call pay, comprehensive benefits, a 401(k) with company match, and generous PTO with holidays.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
• Residence within a 30-minute commute of the property.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification preferred.
• One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, general appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas per company standards and applicable laws.
• Respond to maintenance service tickets promptly and efficiently.
• Communicate repairs and updates clearly with residents and office staff.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Maintenance Technician at Morgan Properties, you will:

• Be responsible fortrouble-shooting service issues including, but not limited to, HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas in accordance with company standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws
• Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance service tickets
• Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and office staff regarding repairs and updates

Compensation & Incentives

Hours & Schedule

• Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Paid rotating on-call participation required
