Job summary

ProSearch in Baudette, MN is seeking a Copier Service Technician to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair copier, printer, and office equipment at customer sites.

You will work independently across client sites in the Baudette area, keeping equipment running smoothly and delivering on-site support with professionalism.

Qualifications

Our client is looking for a professional, customer-focused Copier Service Technician to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair copier, printer, and office equipment at customer sites throughout the territory.

In this role, you’ll be the trusted go-to technician for your local territory, keeping equipment running smoothly and providing outstanding on-site support every step of the way.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and repair printer/copier equipment at client sites using diagnostic tools and manuals.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through timely, courteous, and cost-effective service.
• Maintain accurate inventory of tools, parts, and supplies in your service vehicle.
• Complete technical training on new equipment and stay current with evolving technologies.
• Accurately document service calls, time entries, and inventory usage.
• Represent the client professionally in appearance and conduct.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with Printer/Copier equipment such as Sharp, Canon, HP, or Konica Minolta equipment is highly preferred.
• High school diploma and 2+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent), associate degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments.
• Proficiency with MS Office and other business collaboration tools.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of any legally required background checks and drug screenings, where applicable.
• Able to be on-site in the Baudette, Minnesota area

Pay Rate:

$21-27/hour, depending on multiple factors.
