Job summary

Suburban Chevrolet Cadillac of Ann Arbor is seeking all-level service technicians to diagnose, repair, road-test, and document vehicle work in a full-service GM dealership.

The role requires manufacturer training and ASE certifications, with a minimum of three ASE certs (Master preferred). Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet peak demand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 ASE certifications; ASE Master Technician preferred.
• Passed manufacturer training and capable of repairs in listed areas.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose cause of malfunction and perform repairs per safety and manufacturer standards.
• Road-test vehicles to verify repair quality and accuracy.
• Record time and document test procedures and results on the repair order.
• Maintain an organized, clean workspace and proper use of shop supplies.
• Complete required training and maintain manufacturer/ASE certifications.
• Review technical bulletins and participate in training as assigned.
