Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Ann Arbor is hiring an Automotive Service Advisor to join our Ann Arbor service team. This role supports dealership operations by greeting service customers, identifying vehicle concerns, and preparing accurate repair orders and service estimates.

You will coordinate with technicians and keep customers informed through the repair process. We value automotive service or dealership experience and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Automotive service or dealership experience.
• 1+ years of experience creating repair orders and reviewing service estimates.
• 1+ years of experience working with customers throughout the vehicle repair process.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers and identify vehicle concerns.
• Create accurate repair orders and service estimates.
• Review maintenance needs, pricing, and repair timelines.
• Obtain customer approval for recommended repairs.
• Coordinate repair progress with Service Technicians.
• Keep customers updated through vehicle delivery.
