Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Ann Arbor is hiring an Experienced Automotive Warranty Administrator to join our Ann Arbor service team. The role focuses on managing warranty claims, processing orders, and ensuring accurate documentation while delivering professional customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warranty administration or closely related role.
• Strong knowledge of Stellantis warranty policies, claim requirements, and repair order processing.
• Experience with warranty labor codes, failure codes, claim submissions, and adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and respond to parts inquiries in person, by phone, and by email.
• Identify parts needs, check availability, and process customer and service department orders.
• Coordinate with Service Technicians and Advisors to provide parts for vehicle repairs.
• Order parts from suppliers and confirm pricing, quantities, and availability.
• Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming parts and inventory.
• Create invoices, process payments, and maintain parts records.
• Process returns, core returns, and warranty-related transactions.
• Maintain an organized parts counter, stockroom, and inventory area.
