Job summary

Thermo-Twin Windows is expanding its service team and seeks installers with expertise in windows, patio rooms, doors and glass glazing. You will install, seal and finish projects, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record and be willing to travel locally; strong communication with customers under pressure is essential. Competitive wages and benefits including ESOP offered.

Employee-Owned Thermo-Twin Windows is seeking candidates for the Service Department

Skills The Candidate Must Possess

• Knowledge of windows, patio rooms & doors.
• Skilled at all aspects of window, door & patio room installations.
• Able to deglaze and glaze all types of insulated glass units.
• Experienced in operating a sheet metal brake and installing aluminum coil stock and properly applying silicone caulking.
• Detail oriented to correctly identify and correct problems.
• Multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment as well as have a high degree of attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and work with customers in stressful situations.
• Take direction on specific tasks as well as being able to evaluate and solve problems effectively.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have an acceptable driving record
• Local travel is required
