Job summary

Thunderdome Restaurant Group is seeking service team members for City Bird Crestview - Crestview Hills, KY. You will contribute to the guest experience by knowing our food and beverage offerings and maintaining a clean, professional appearance.

You will handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism, ensure guest satisfaction, support a safe environment, and assist on the line with food and beverage preparation while engaging with guests.

OUR OPPORTUNITY

Service team members are responsible for the overall guest experience according to Thunderdome's quality and service standards. We are looking for someone who is passionate and driven to grow alongside the growth of our restaurant group. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds. This position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
