The Service Team Leader primarily works in the field, conducting daily site visits, managing materials, coordinating crews, and ensuring jobsite safety on all projects. Candidates must be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, have an eye for detail, and demonstrate a sincere passion for customer service. Additionally, this role involves office tasks such as material ordering, estimating, and project management, providing a comprehensive understanding of the business.
You will also handle repairs, schedule repair work, and collect payments for small projects. This position serves as a developmental role, preparing candidates for future roles as Production Manager.
