Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Service Supervisor to lead our customer-facing service team on routes and in-house. You will supervise the service team delivering customer service, sales, and product pickups and deliveries, while hiring, training, and evaluating staff to ensure top service and quality.

The role involves maintaining excellent customer relations, managing contract renewals, improving route efficiency, and ensuring driver compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to meet DOT or provincial requirements for operating a vehicle over 10,000 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the service team on route and in-house to deliver customer service and product pickups/deliveries.
• Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff to maintain high service quality.
• Drive a company vehicle to customer sites and assist with lifting and walking at accounts.
• Oversee renewals, route efficiency, and driver compliance; maintain strong customer relationships.
