Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is seeking a Service Team Lead for our Subaru store in Thousand Oaks. You will lead a team of technicians, mentor colleagues, and guide complex repairs according to Subaru specifications.

Bring 3+ years as a Class A/Master Technician, strong electrical, engine, drivability, and mechanical repair skills, plus Subaru dealership exposure and ASE certifications. A valid driver's license and clean record are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Class A / Master Technician-level experience.
• Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, engine performance, drivability, and mechanical repairs.
• Subaru dealership experience and manufacturer/ASE certifications.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to service technicians to support quality repairs and efficient shop operations.
• Perform advanced vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
• Assist fellow technicians with troubleshooting difficult repairs and identifying solutions.
• Support shop productivity by helping prioritize repairs and minimize vehicle downtime.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and management to ensure and completion of repairs.

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on: Team Production/Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
