Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a Service Support Representative in St. Louis, MO to support our commercial operations team.

You will communicate with residential and commercial customers and our service team to ensure top-notch customer service and up-to-date portals for service completion. The role involves providing information to technicians, coordinating with the department, and handling administrative tasks to keep the service workflow smooth and efficient.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to implement process improvements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills and a good mechanical and mathematical aptitude.
• Ability to effectively communicate with the customer and represent the company in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Administrative office support, including, but not limited to, answering telephone calls, utilizing various software systems, filing, scanning, and e-fax
• Assist the department manager in day-to-day activities and paperwork, including customer-planned maintenance programs
• Receive or verify vendor invoices and enter service tickets, sales leads, and sales orders.
• Collect and process incoming cash and checks from technicians.
• Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and some overtime may be required
• Other responsibilities as assigned
