Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Service Support Representative to back our commercial operations by communicating with residential and commercial customers and our service team to ensure top customer service and accurate portal updates.

You will support administrators, verify invoices, enter tickets, and help technicians with information needed to perform services. This role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to implement process improvements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; good mechanical and mathematical aptitude.
• Ability to communicate with the customer and represent the company professionally.

Responsibilities

• Administrative support including calls, data entry, and e-fax.
• Assist the department manager in day-to-day activities and paperwork.
• Receive or verify vendor invoices and enter service tickets, sales leads, and sales orders.
• Collect and process incoming cash and checks from technicians.
• Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and some overtime may be required.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
