Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Roseville, CA is seeking an Administrative Processor to support technical counterparts by ensuring documentation is accurate and compliant with customer requests. Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of Salesforce experience or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Windows-based systems.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Capable of lifting to 50 pounds and up.
Flexible working overtime and adjusted schedules, including weekends, as required to support business needs.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain service-related documentation, including service reports and calibration certificates, to support the shipment of equipment from the Roseville Service Center.
Serve as a point of contact for order and product escalations, working closely with production technicians to resolve issues.
Perform quality inspections of instruments and customer documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
