Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, special education or related field.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience with DD programs and families.
• At least two years of supervisory or related experience in service coordination.
• Eligibility for State DD certification within statute timelines.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage SSA services and related processes.
• Coach and direct Support Administrators and Supervisors to improve outcomes.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate SSA staff; implement performance standards.
• Oversee expenditures for HCBS Waiver and local funding; ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Collaborate with SSA management to implement practice changes.
• Develop community linkages to housing and living supports.
• Represent the agency to community stakeholders and other systems.
• Participate in Medicaid Administrative Claiming (MAC).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
