Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, social work, special education or related field.
• Five years of successful experience with programs for DD persons and their families.
• Minimum of two years of related supervisory experience.
• Eligibility for State DD certification required with certification within statute timelines.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license and driving record in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage SSA services and administration.
• Hire, train, supervise and evaluate Support Administrators and Supervisors.
• Provide coaching to staff to improve outcomes and customer experience.
• Oversee Medicaid waiver enrollment and service authorization processes.
• Collaborate with management and community partners on program changes.
