Job summary

The Delaware County Board of Developmental Disabilities (DCBDD) seeks a Service and Support Administration Supervisor to lead SSA staff, ensuring high-quality, person-centered service coordination and regulatory compliance. This role collaborates with internal teams and community partners to promote positive outcomes for individuals served.

Essential duties include supervising SSAs, overseeing waiver processes, budget implementation, and ongoing staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, education, health and human services, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred with three years supervisory experience.
• Four years of full-time, supervised work in disability services and valid Ohio driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, directs, and evaluates Service and Support Administrators (SSAs).
• Ensures person-centered planning, waiver enrollment, and budget implementation.
• Reviews OISP, progress notes, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
