Job description

McCoy Construction & Forestry, a John Deere dealership group with 25 locations across the Midwest and East South Central Regions, has an opening for a Service Supervisor/Writer.

Responsibilities:

1. Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
2. Manage work orders effectively, including opening, closing, and monitoring the progress of work.
3. Support the Service Manager in driving service revenues, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
4. Interact frequently with customers, upsell services, and stay current on JD PIPS.
5. Monitor pick-up and delivery, ensure timely work completion, and communicate effectively across departments.

• Strong customer interaction skills and knowledge of upselling services.
