Advanced Integrated Pest Management Group seeks a Service Supervisor to lead and develop our pest-control service team in California. You will mentor technicians, support customers, and help deliver high-quality service while ensuring safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, coordinating scheduling, overseeing field inspections, and maintaining documentation. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in service management, a valid Branch 2/3 license, and a clean driving record.

Formación

• Minimum of two years of operational or service management experience.
• Valid Branch 2 or Branch 3 Field Representative License.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and team management skills.
• Knowledge of pest control products, treatments, safety, and regulatory standards; skills in technician training, route efficiency, and quality control.
• Ability to solve problems, exercise sound judgment, and manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsabilidades

• Train, coach, and mentor service technicians; provide field support and reinforce safety, procedures, and professionalism.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee development in collaboration with management and HR.
• Oversee scheduling, route coverage, and service completion, including Saturday and on-call coverage as needed.
• Conduct field inspections and quality-control reviews; verify accurate and timely service documentation.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Monitor chemical storage, inventory, equipment, and technician vehicles; enforce PPE requirements and applicable safety regulations.
• Review route performance, support budgeting and expense tracking, and identify ways to improve productivity and operating efficiency.
