Job summary

Modern Pest Services is seeking a Branch Manager in California to oversee all sales and services operations. Responsibilities include managing the branch's financial performance, leading a team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and compliance with safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in business management and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. Experience in Pest Control is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience managing a portfolio with Profit & Loss ownership.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to train, coach, and motivate team members.

Responsibilities

• Leading all aspects of Sales and Services for a branch location.
• Managing Branch P&L and achieving Key Performance Indicators.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and training branch staff.
