Licensed Pest Control Technician Compensation

• Pay: $50,000 – $85,000+ per year (base pay & performance/production bonuses).
• Schedule: Flexible day‑shift hours across Southern California.

What You'll Tackle

• Inspect homes and businesses for signs of pests before performing safe and compliant removal and heat treatment services.
• Follow all regulations and company policies as you remove bed bugs, structural pests, and more.
• Document your work in accurate service reports.
• Maintain a clean and well‑maintained work truck and equipment.
• Treat every client and property with respect.

You’ll Need

• Valid California Branch 2 license.
• Current California driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of IPM principles and pesticide safety practices.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in confined and heated environments.
• Capability to serve locations throughout San Bernardino County, CA.
• Professional appearance and customer‑service‑focused attitude.

Bonus Qualifications

• Commercial pest control experience.
