Qualifications

• Five years' service-related experience in heavy construction equipment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of equipment repair.

Responsibilities

• Oversee work order closing process and review orders for accuracy and parts/labor
• Maintain good customer relations and resolve disputes promptly
• Oversee daily workflow of the service department
• Ensure safe work practices and conduct monthly safety meetings
• Develop QC procedures and repair processes for quality customer service
• Manage service logistics and parts ordering
• Coordinate technician work schedules and communicate repair plans
• Conduct performance reviews and discuss wages annually
• Monitor productivity and repair quality
• Address issues that affect repair timelines
• Establish maintenance schedules for service vehicles and equipment
• Work with team on Continuous Improvement goals
• Perform other related duties as assigned
