Job summary

Anthropologie is seeking a Service and Styling Manager for our Monterey location. You will direct service, selling, and styling to create an engaging store environment and support store operations and visuals.

You will lead a team to deliver extraordinary customer experiences, drive sales, and mentor associates, while collaborating with partners to plan events and maintain brand standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results.
• Proven record of developing great talent.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Leads by example in providing extraordinary service where customers feel welcome, heard and valued.
• Uses KPIs to set team and zoning goals and drive sales and metrics.
• Teaches the team to provide a frictionless customer experience through technology and upselling.
• Provides tools for associates to deliver an elevated shopping experience and styling.
• Supports Store Manager in curating events reflecting local customer interests.
• Oversees training, development, and accountability of the CEM program.
• Drives styling by empowering team members to cultivate relationships and mentor others.
• Assists in onboarding external talent to diversify perspectives and grow the team.
• Utilizes brand resources to support employee development and recognition.
