Responsibilities

• Leads by example in delivering extraordinary service to make customers feel welcome, heard and valued; empowers the team to drive sales and hit KPIs.
• Teaches the team to provide a frictionless customer experience using technology to transact, upsell, and engage clientele.
• Provides tools for associates to deliver an elevated shopping experience through connections and personalized styling.
• Supports Store Manager in curating events reflecting local customer interests to boost brand engagement.
• Oversees training, development, and accountability of the CEM program to foster service and sales culture.
• Drives styling programs by empowering team members to build relationships, grow business, and mentor peers.
• Supports onboarding of external talent to diversify perspectives and invests in internal engagement and recognition.
• Leverages brand resources to support employee development and weekly team initiatives.
