Job summary

Anthropologie in Berkeley is seeking a Service and Styling Manager to lead service, selling, and styling, creating an engaging store environment and supporting store operations and visual needs.

You will develop others, collaborate with partners, and mentor associates while driving sales and KPIs; the role includes opening/closing, staging, and loss prevention responsibilities. Flexible hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Anthro brand fan.
• 2+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results.
• Proven record of developing great talent.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Leads by example in providing extraordinary service and drives sales and KPIs.
• Teaches the team to deliver frictionless customer experiences using technology.
• Provides tools for associates to elevate the shopping experience and styling.
• Supports events and experiences to drive brand engagement.
• Oversees training, development, and accountability of the CEM program.
• Drives styling program and mentors associates to grow the team.
• Opens/closes, restocks, and maintains store standards and loss prevention.
• Manages product flow, omni process, and stock levels to maintain brand standards.
