Job summary

Anthropologie in New York is seeking a Service and Styling Manager to lead service, selling, and styling in-store. You will develop others, collaborate with partners, and support store operations and visual needs.

You will model extraordinary customer experiences, coach the styling team, manage events, and drive sales while ensuring brand standards and omni processes across the floor.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results.
• Proven record of developing great talent.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Leads by example in delivering extraordinary service where customers feel welcome, heard and valued; empowers the team to drive sales and metrics by using KPIs to set team and zoning goals.
• T teaches the team to provide a frictionless customer experience by utilizing technology to transact in the moment, upsell, and build clientele.
• Provides the tools needed for associates to deliver an elevated shopping experience through cultivating connections, creating an individualized service and styling experience.
• Supports the Store Manager in curating events and experiences reflective of local customer interests to drive brand engagement.
• Oversees training, development, and accountability of the CEM program, creating a culture prioritizing service and sales.
• Identifies and onboarding external talent to add different perspectives and experience to the team; invests in internal growth.
