Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. seeks a Service and Styling Manager to lead service, selling and styling to create an engaging store environment in Pembroke Pines. You will mentor the styling team, partner with key stakeholders, and support store operations and visual needs.

The role emphasizes developing talent, driving sales with KPI-based goals, and delivering a personalized customer experience while collaborating on events that reflect the local community.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience (2+ years) preferred.
• Strong merchant skills with a track record of delivering financial results.
• Proven ability to develop talent and mentor others.
• Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with Anthropologie/URBN brand culture is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads by example in delivering extraordinary customer service and drives sales with KPI-based goals.
• Teaches the team to provide a frictionless customer experience using in-store technology.
• Provides tools for associates to deliver an elevated, personalized styling experience.
• Supports events and experiences reflecting local customer interests to boost brand engagement.
• Oversees training, development, and accountability of the CEM program.
• Drives styling by mentoring team members and cultivating relationships.
• Onboards external talent to add perspectives and fuels internal growth.
• Uses brand resources to support employee development and recognition initiatives.
• Assesses sales forecasts to optimize staffing and peak selling hours.
• Manages store opening/closing, restock, cleanliness, IT, and loss prevention.
• Oversees product flow, shipment processing, security tagging, and omni-process compliance.
• Promotes an inclusive environment and shares product knowledge and store priorities.
• Sets individual sales goals and communicates feedback to leadership.
