This role focuses on developing teammates, collaborating with partners, and supporting store operations and visual needs to create an engaging environment. The position emphasizes leading by example, driving styling initiatives, and curating events reflecting local customer interests.

Qualifications

• Anthro brand affinity and store culture familiarity.
• Minimum 2+ years in retail leadership roles.
• Strong merchant skills with a track record of driving financial results.
• Proven ability to develop, mentor, and grow talent.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Leads by example with extraordinary service to welcome, listen, and value every customer; uses KPIs to set team goals.
• Teach team to deliver frictionless shopping with technology to transact in the moment and upsell.
• Provide tools for associates to deliver elevated styling and shopping experiences.
• Assist Store Manager in creating events reflecting local customer interests to boost brand engagement.
• Oversee CEM program training and accountability, building a service and sales culture.
• Drive styling program by empowering staff to build relationships and generate new business.
• Identify and onboard external talent to diversify the team and retain staff growth.
• Champion employee development with brand resources and recognition programs.
• Support forecasting to schedule peak selling hours using merchant opportunities in product placement.
• Open/close, restock, maintain standards, handle IT/facilities issues, and participate in loss prevention.
• Support product flow: shipment receipt, processing, security tagging, and floor-ready organization.
• Communicate product knowledge, trends, and priorities through daily team touchpoints.
• Set individual sales goals and nurture a collaborative selling environment.
• Provide customer- and staff-experience insights to Store Manager.
