You will train and mentor associates, manage events reflecting local interests, and ensure peak selling hours with smart scheduling and product flow. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results.
• Proven record of developing great talent.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
