Qualifications

• Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results.
• Proven record of developing great talent.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs incl. nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct service, selling and styling to create an engaging store environment.
• Lead and develop team to provide extraordinary service and drive metrics.
• Tutor associates to deliver elevated shopping experiences and styling.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on events that reflect local community interests.
• Oversee training, development, and accountability of styling programs.
