URBN is seeking a Service and Styling Manager for the Miramar Beach location to direct service, selling, and styling, creating an engaging store environment and supporting operations.

Lead a team, develop talent, and collaborate with partners to drive brand engagement, events, and sales while ensuring customers feel welcome and valued.

Requirements include 2+ years in retail leadership, strong merchandising skills, and a proven track record of developing great talent with flexible hours.

• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example in providing extraordinary service and drive sales using KPIs.
• Teach the team to provide a frictionless customer experience using technology.
• Provide tools for associates to deliver an elevated styling and shopping experience.
• Support store events and experiences that reflect local customer interests to drive brand engagement.
• Oversee training and development of the CEM program and styling team.
• Onboard external talent to diversify the team and invest in employee engagement.
• Champion employee development and team-building activities using brand resources.
• Contribute to scheduling, stock levels, and omni-process to maintain brand standards.
