Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Cafe Mirage - Service Staff Associate in Virginia. You will provide a genuine smile and friendly, responsive service to guests to enhance dine-in or take-out experiences. The role supports leadership in delivering the company promise to Lead with Love and to create memorable guest moments.

Pay rate is $14 per hour. The position includes opportunities for growth, team collaboration, and participating in our comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a high-volume restaurant/food/concessions environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership style rooted in collaboration and service to others.

Responsabilités

In this role, you willprovide a genuine smile and friendly, responsive service to guests to help create a beyond expectation dining or take-out experience.As part of our leadership team,you’llembody our Promise toLead with Love,guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences.

Pay Rate -$14/Hr.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
• Follow correct cash/credit handling procedures; process orders by recording order and computing bill.
• Maintain clean, neat, and organized service area, including cafeteria tables and service/condiment stations using proper food-handling and sanitation regulations.
• Ensure that all food and beverage products are consistently prepared and served according to the facility recipes, portioning, cooking, timing, serving, and presentation standards

WhatWe’reLooking For

• 1 + years' experiencein a high-volume restaurant/food/concessions outlets production kitchen is preferred or experience in a similar capacity.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Operating knowledge of food management systems is helpful.
• A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
