Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver friendly, attentive service and knowledgeable menu guidance to guests. You will enter orders, coordinate with kitchen and bar, and ensure timely delivery of meals and beverages in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

This role requires at least basic front-of-house experience; alcohol safety and food handling certifications may be required by state law.

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking aRestaurant Server.In this role, you will provide friendly, responsive service to create a beyond expectation dining experience for all guests. To actively participate as a team and use core values and service expectations listed in the Kalahari Promise daily.

As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise toLead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll provide attentive, personalized service, ensuring that food and beverage orders are delivered accurately and promptly. You’ll work collaboratively with the team to maintain a smooth workflow and a positive, efficient dining environment.

Pay Rate - $2.13/Hr + Tips

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
• Greet guests, inform them of specials, provide menu tours, and recommend items you genuinely feel guests will enjoy and menu changes.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders into the point-of-sale system which relays orders to the kitchen and bar.
• Delivery food and beverage orders from kitchen and bar with appropriate service trays to guests in a timely manner.
• Be ready and willing to assist fellow associates (servers, bussers, host/hostess, and management) as situations rise.

What We’re Looking For

• State or Local Law may require a certificate upon completion of an alcohol awareness/safety class as well as state-certified proper food handling certification.
• General food and beverage knowledge, involving at least 1 year of front-of-the-house operations, is preferred.
• Ability to operate a Micros terminal, Phone system, POS system, and beverage dispenser.
• Bi-lingual skills are preferred but not required.
