Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Service Specialist to support clients in the Minneapolis area. The role involves reception, hospitality, mail, copy, floor coordination, and facilities tasks across client locations, with a flexible weekly schedule.

The position is full-time (40 hours/week) and requires 1+ years in customer service, the ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and reliable transportation. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–6:00 pm, with shifts ranging within that window.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years’ work experience in a customer services field.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
• Ability to resolve issues with professionalism and tact.
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater.
• Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time.
• Must be able to work all 8hr shifts between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday.
• This is a full-time position (40 hours per week).
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Reception includes answering incoming telephone calls and routing to the appropriate person, will greet and announce visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Hospitality Services includes coordination and upkeep of client conference rooms, common areas and kitchens. Inspects and ensures that all rooms are clean, stocked with supplies and ready for continual use. Organizes and distributes client kitchen supplies. Maintains inventory control and order supplies as needed.
• Mail Services includes metering, sorting, and distributing mail and accountable packages per schedule.
• Copy Services includes accurately producing copy, print, and scan projects per written instructions.
• Floor Coordination includes the upkeep of copy rooms and stocking of general supplies, delivery of paper, and basic daily maintenance.
• Facilities Services may include hanging pictures, small office moves, cleaning services and communication with key client contacts regarding building/equipment concerns.
• Flexibility of a weekly work schedule to cover for absences and vacations. Will include potential schedule changes and work locations.

Opensity is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of a Service Specialist willing to support clients within the Minneapolis area.

Service Specialists provide a variety of support within our client locations. They cross train in multiple service areas such as filing, reception, hospitality, records, copy, mail, or other positions as applicable. Service Specialists are expected to provide support to all requests and flex services with a "can do" attitude and philosophy. This position requires a team player mentality, ability to deliver on service commitments timely, and communication skills both with our internal team and our client staff.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8hr shifts between 7am-6pm. Must be flexible to work everything in between

Pay

20.00 to 22.00/hr

The Compensation range for this role is 20.00 to 22.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
