Qualifications

• Clerical experience in a service shop with increasing responsibility.
• Knowledge of engines and electrical systems is desirable.
• Strong communication skills for dealing with customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers about parts, equipment, repairs and scheduling.
• Enter personnel time and generate required paperwork.
• Advise on status of jobs and manage work orders and purchase orders.
• Research part numbers and maintain product catalogs and data.
• Order parts and oversee distribution and payments.
• Maintain logs and compile reports on service hours and repair times.
