Qualifications

• Clerical experience in a service shop with understanding of engines and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person or by phone regarding parts, repairs, and scheduling.
• Enter personnel time into the time collection system and generate required paperwork.
• Generate master and sub work orders and related purchase orders for repairs.
• Research part numbers and maintain product catalogs and data.
• Coordinate record-keeping with sales and administrative staff and accept payments.
