Qualifications

• Five or more years of hands-on equipment diagnostics and advanced troubleshooting experience.
• Experience working on Caterpillar equipment encouraged.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and on-call hours.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Directs staff to ensure safe practices and efficient repairs.
• Coordinates contact with technicians to support parts availability and work orders, and development of work schedules.
• Maintain schedules and progress reports for the assigned unit.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to service and schedule service for equipment.
• Investigate and document work-related injury and/or property damage.
