Pecheles Automotive in Greenville, NC is seeking a Service Scheduling Coordinator to connect customers with the Service Team and manage appointments. You will provide information, answer questions, and maintain records to ensure smooth scheduling processes.

• Minimum 1 year customer service experience.

• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus!

Responsibilities

• Make 100+ calls a day.
• Provide outbound service calls to current and potential customers regarding service appointments, recalls and missed service appointments.
• Establish personal goals that are consistent with the dealership’s standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
• Receive all inbound service calls and coordinate schedules of service advisors and service appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates.
• Update customer and vehicle information.
• Maintain appropriate records for recalls, loaner vehicles, and orders.
• Provide customers with vehicle maintenance information & recommendations based on the manufacturers' specifications.
• Participate in team & process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
• Regular attendance and punctuality.
